When can I start wearing my baby in the Baboux carrier?
Most newborns can be worn right away. If your baby has health challenges, or weighs less than 7lbs, please discuss babywearing with your health care practitioner.
What is the weight limit for wearing my baby in the Baboux carrier?
We recommend wearing your baby up to a maximum of 45lbs.
How many positions does the Baboux carrier have?
The Baboux carrier has 2 different positions: Front inward and back inward carry. Please also visit our Instructions Page for more info.
Why is the Baboux carrier made from linen?
Baboux prioritizes the use of sustainable, natural fibers for its carriers. Linen is strong, temperature regulating and moisture wicking – everything we’re looking for! Please also visit our Fabrics Page for more info.
Can I wash my Baboux carrier?
The Baboux carrier can be washed in cool water by hand or by machine. Please use a gentle liquid detergent (free of optical brighteners) to maintain color. Make sure to wash separately or with similar colors and hang dry or dry flat.
Is Baboux compliant?
Yes! The Baboux carriers have been tested throuroughly and are CPSIA and ASTM compliant. All fabrics are tested free from harmful substances.
Shipping & Returns
How long before my order is shipped?
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders ship same day.
How will I know when my order arrives?
An email with tracking information will automatically be send to you once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship outside the US?
At the moment the Baboux carriers are exclusively sold and shipped in the U.S. and Canada.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Contact us at info@babouxbaby.com with the subject titled "Return" and add your name and order number to the email body. We will reply with complete instructions. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a free shipping label.
Pre-orders and orders from outside of the US are final sale and are not eligible for a cancellation, refund, return or exchange.
