Shipping policy
RETURNS
U.S. domestic orders: Baboux Baby has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (day of delivery being day 1).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if there is evidence that tags have been removed or carrier has been worn.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@babouxbaby.com with the subject titled "Return" and add your name and order number to the email body. We will reply with the return instructions.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note there is a USD 12 return fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Pre-orders: Are considered final sale upon payment and are not eligible for a refund, return, cancellation or exchange.
International orders: Are considered final sale upon payment and are not eligible for a refund, return, cancellation or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pre ordered items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the U.S. and Canada.
Baboux Baby is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.
Baboux Baby cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays or natural events.
Please allow 0-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (2-6 days during sales and product launches).
Orders made late Thursday evening and Friday can be shipped out the following Monday.
Sales tax, and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Please note that local charges may occur.
